Returns

Please note that cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned once sold.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any products after delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable once the order is delivered
• We do not offer refunds for used or opened products
• Orders once shipped and delivered, are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been initiated (in rare approved cases), please follow these steps:

Sale Items

• Sale or discounted products are non-refundable and non-returnable

Exchanges (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

To request an exchange:

• Email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos and an unboxing video of the product

⚠ Important:
An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous and unedited.

Exchange Process

Once your request is verified:

• We will arrange replacement of the product
• Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on location

Return Shipping

• Customers may need to bear return shipping charges (if applicable)
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
